His journey began in his early years, immersed in the vibrant culinary traditions of his heritage, and has since evolved into a celebrated career that redefines Indian cooking. Known for his innovative approach, Raj has become a beloved figure in the community, with his dishes sparking conversations and building a loyal following among food enthusiasts.

Enakshi Chowdhury

There would be no Raj Kitchen without Enakshi. Enakshi Chowdhury’s journey is one of resilience and ambition. Arriving in the UK from India in 2010, she has consistently pursued her dreams while balancing motherhood and academic achievement. With a bachelor’s degree from Swansea University and extensive experience as an accountant, she brings a unique blend of business acumen and heartfelt dedication to Raj Kitchen.

In 2024, she joined forces with her husband, Raj, to take the helm of the restaurant. As a director, Enakshi’s multifaceted skills and unwavering passion are integral to creating the exceptional dining experience you’ll find at Raj Kitchen.
